Your platform does not have to be the size of Disney and you don’t have to be a famous personality with a million followers on twitter.

But you want to have a platform that will allow you to reach your customers as well as new potential customers, when you roll out a new promotion, product, or service.

You want to be your own conglomerate.

Opt in lists are informal and brief. They are full of tips, etc. and have limited period offers. Normally, opt in lists are mailed when something new is to be introduced or to tell its users that a particular offer is available only for the next 48hrs or 72hrs or something like that.

So you can probably see how easy it is for people to fall victim to the hyped up ‘sales pitch’ of starting an online business and travel the world and cash will just pump out of your computer like an ATM machine.

Am I saying that the thought of having a ‘Portable Empire’ is hyped up wishful thinking…?

No…Absolutely Not!

I know ‘Portable Empires’ exist, in fact I encourage people to build online business that allow them the benefits of having one.

What I’m saying is that the so-called “Gurus” who pitch this never teach
