Entrepreneurs and business owners who ignore this vital truth, simply don&#039;t last.  this is especially true for Internet business operations. Everyone is challenged with information overload -- too many options, not enough good information to make wise choices.  So, when a client or customer receives excellent service, they wisely repay that excellence with loyalty.

Thanks for this timely reminder, as many business owners are struggling to survive and grow.
